My friends,

It is that time of year to renew your writs. All writ’s issued last year are expired and new writ’s are required if you plan on selling your wear’s for the King’s coin. I will be available in the moon of April to issue writs for those who want them.

Also, I will be updating the House and Guild books. All heads please provide me with a list of updated members for your house and guilds. I have the original list which was collected last year. I need to understand who joined, who died, and who has left your organization. This is so Mandilor knows who has permission to sell items under the guilds or house authority.

Please note each organization needs to have 3 living members on their charter to be an active and legal organization.
