[Kenric Sayne]

*A hooded figure walks in and slams a dagger into the wall, pinning a note in place. He turns and walks back out, pausing before he leaves to throw a coin over his shoulder at the bar.*

"Sorry for the damage."

*He walks out. The note reads as follows.*

'To all concerned,
Kenric Sayne is no longer a member of The Long Knives. He is now a free agent looking for a company of mercenaries who may be interested in acquiring his services. Messengers will know where to find him.'

[Kestrel]

*Kestrel examines dagger and note, leaves, comes back and sticks the note to the wall with some sap*

*Drags a bench to the wall and climbs up, spends time and effort wrenching the dagger from the wall, puts the bench back*

*Leaves with the dagger*
