I am planning a rewrite for my character and I was planning on making a human with a skull face. He has this condition due to necromancers taking the children from his village and performing experiments on them. This characters face was somehow removed with the necromancers magic which also allows him to live even without it. I was wondering if this was permissible.

It would fall under a "cursed" flaw. It would likely be permissible, however your character would have a very short lifespan as he would be seen as necromantic.

You would also need to wear makeup or a mask to make it obvious.
