My grand and glorious return
Howdy howdy everyone.
First, yes this is really me, the one and only Flogg. I plan on returning to CARPS in September, I'd return in June but I have a prior commitment on that weekend.
My long absence has entirely been my choice. My health got really bad up until about April of last year. There were some money issues as well but it was mostly my health.
It got so bad that I almost died last year April. For those who know me you know my health's never been good but I'd been sick longer than was normal even for me so I went to the hospital emergency room one Sunday. It turns out that I had a blood count of 2.6, for some perspective 6 is supposed to be deadly. The doctors didn't even know why I was able to walk under my own power. They told me if I had waited one more day to come to the hospital then I would have died. Twice more during the four days I was in I almost died again during two seperate endoscopy attempts. I'm told I quit breathing during them both and the second time it took them 20 minutes to get me breathing normally again.
Needless to say this has changed my outlook on life quite a bit.
I'm in better health now, except for my weight which I'm working on, than I've ever been in my whole life.
Because of that I plan on coming back to CARPS. I miss you all terriblly and it'll be great to break out the old weapons & warpaint and walk amongst you all again.
I look forward to seeing you all. Huzzah da Orc be back in town.
