A messenger enters the Tavern and post a note
A messenger enters the tavern and reads the following message:
"By order of the Baron Dreadnaught of Irongaurd;
Jorj Kamas is to be restrained and arrested on sight,
for the crime of use of poisons, being outlawed by
the Kings law. He shall be tried in my court, as he is
of my House. He is to be given all courtesy due a
gentleman of his rank. "
The messenger posts a copy of this message with the constable and on the door, then he leaves.
