The Morning After
*Ebek lands in front of the Inn and enters*
I've just been over Greengrove. Anyone want to know how the village is doing? Anyone willing to pay for -
*Thinks about the number of Soothsayers in town, and of the likelyhood that the peasants of Greengrove have scry-shields*
Never mind. The village is fine. They're all fine. How are you?

*Daniel enters the inn, looking quite tired*
"I found the Thane Magistrate and she is fine. There are very few people left in the Barrony. We went straigt to Portsend, but it appears there is no hope for the Barron Magistrate. He is gone. Gental Kathryn is staying behind there to lend aid to the house, for a while."

*Shrugs*
Solari, Clouse, and both Wrens left for Unicorn Land. A couple hours later, Galan conscripted everyone - 'cept Darthesis, of course, who was hansomely paid - to defend Greengrove against an approaching Necromantic Hoard.
As we approached Greengrove, we found the hoard's true target - Solari, Clouse, and both Wrens standing over a pregnant Unicorn that was giving birth.
We all circled the Unicorn to protect it, and the hoard surrounded us and proceeded to kill many. That's okay, though, 'cause the Unicorn put the fallen back up and fighting so they could die again and again. Sadistic beasts, they are.
Anyway, the Scum Boat eventually arrived, we loaded the Unicorn and her baby onto it and executed the primary Avyana Battle Tactic - got out of there with all possible haste.
Seeing as we left a large number of powerful evil things near Greengrove, some of us were wondering if the village might still be standing. It is.

While those who chose to stay behind did not dispatch all of the undead, they did determine that there would be no threat to Greengrove - that the undead would disperse and not attack the villagers. That is all I am attempting to maintain.

*Arthur steps out of his room looking like he just woke up*
"That is correct. We stayed long enough to make sure that they would dispurse and we left it at that for we were in no shape to fight them. We would have if they did not leave but they did and we will definatly lock weapons with them again."
*Nodding his head he returns to his room and steps inside for a moment. Stepping back out with his travel worn pack over his shoulder and his shield.*
"I have to return to Tarregon Keep to assist the knights with things there and to continue my training. If anyone needs me for any reason just send word. I will not be back for about two moons or so."

Me too, plus I wanted to stop in and see my folks maybe, let them know their son's still alive and not arrested. And of course I'll take you, I'm always willing to take you for a ride. Shall we go?

You know... with the way they've been dropping like flies, the council dosen't seem like a safe seat anymore.
