Just outside the Jackoric house you can see the woman from inside. She appears to be quite upset and is busy helping to coral the children and other people who were living in the Jackoric house.
When approached and questioned for basic information:
"I was sound asleep in my bed when all of a sudden I was roused from my sleep by my body slamming into the far wall of the room. It was right painful but not very damaging really. Being worried as Mr. Sylas may be in danger I ran out into the main room thinking I would run get some help. Thats when I saw Mr. Sylas all muddled up on the floor of the room. So as it were I ran outside to get help."

Books with Rooks
*Rooks enters the room and addresses everyone*
As Solari has guessed the spells that lay upon these two are of a nature to place the body into a stasis. This stasis normally leaves one far beyond the reaches of this world. By removing the target from time, they are left with the inability to change. Sylas of course proves to be an anomaly here, but from what this one can discern the magic of the wand appear to be all that is keeping him alive. *Rooks appears to ponder for a moment*. Mayhap the fact that the poison had enacted itself prior to the stasis is causing this effect. From what this one can hear of the fates, the elderly mage is beyond our assistance. This works to and against us, this one doubts the ability of anyone here in disenchanting him, which means our enemies should lack a way to effect him. As for Sylas, this one believes he is the one who needs our help now. The staff seems of great import, and is tied to the warding of the void that now blankets us.
This one fears that despite our current situation, these happenings harbor much more than might be known. Much of the magic cast here is beyond the knowledge of the entire mages guild of Silverthorne, save perhaps three. One lost to us, and another indisposed with a threat at least the equal to that which we face.
Rhys could you and perhaps Kane start grouping patrols to look around the town for the boy, or anything else that may be of import? While he seems to have left us... if he feels something is coming, this one feels that any preemptive knowledge of its coming would help us vastly. Perhaps you could find Nilbog, his expertise could lend greatly to this end.
Mary, could you perhaps make a rounds of the other villages, inform the elder's of what has happened. We cannot have the surrounding peasantry unaware the potential danger that lies afoot.
*rooks pulls out a piece of parchment and pens something quickly for a few moments. A seal with two Rs back to back appear in wax as he finishes rolling the parchment. He offers the letter to Ebek*. Could you take this to Vanphusak for me? This one is able to teleport you their, and it should be easy to find a mage capable of teleporting you back.
Twilight, do you feel there is anything that could be done from the dreamscape to assist Sylas?

<Jenna returns, her clothing smudged and ashy>
Right. Sorry it took so long, I needed some raw egg for this. Protein and all. Where's Chicken Fekker when you need him?
<Jenna produces a green steaming vial and cracks a raw egg into it.>
<Jenna goes over to Bruce>
Open up.
<Jenna pours three drops of the contents of the vial into Bruce's still-gaping maw. Bruce shudders briefly, then all his hair stands on end like a bottle-brush.>
Good show, Bruce. Thanks muchly.
<Jenna administers the potion to Sylas>
Now, this should do the trick; should work on 'bout every poison I've ever heard of. He *will* smell funny for the next few days as the poison breaks down in his system, kinda like rotten sweet potato. Might be best not to mention it to him.

He should be comin' round any minute, nobody bug him though. If anyone else needs the egg juice just holler. I'll be right outside, Bruce needs his walkies.
<to Bruce> Gooood boy for holdin' it in like that. You get a biscuit.

*While watching Sylas and Jenna intently, Twilight responds to Rooks*
I divined that I would be of more help to Sylas here in the waking world. I am uncertain if there is anything to be done for him in the Dreamscape.
*she moves over and kneels near Sylas - not touching him*
I do hope the potion works.

What a vision..
*Sylas opens his eyes, and the first thing he see's is the Eyes of Twilight, he seems lost in them but for a moment. He pushes himself up as quickly as possible shrugging off the healers attentions and forces himself slowly down the hall, leaning on both the staff and the wall for support. Looking in to his room he seems to slump a little in the door frame*
"Well at least Regal isnt here. How is he?"
*sniffing* "..and whats that smell?"
