The people of Dorchak and the attached lands hereby dissolve all political ties and oaths of fealty to the Kingdom of Silverthorne. Having violated the laws upon which the Kingdom was founded and granting equal rights to demi-humans within the lands it has been decided that the trust of those oaths has been violated to an extent that the oath no longer holds them accountable to Silverthorne. Likewise as no oaths have been sworn to the newly crowned monarch, Queen Jahanna of Silverthorne, no violation has been performed.



Those listed below hereby take all lands, titles, and wealth that belongs to them and pledge themselves to King Kendall of the newly founded Kingdom of Dorchek. We vow to aid one another in the defense of our new nation against the oppression of forces both foreign and domestic. All humans within these lands who have not declared fealty or fled our borders by the 1st day of the 2nd month 1018 P.E.W shall be considered spies, insurgents, or traitors to the crown and punished accordingly. All demi-humans are hereby declared property of the Kingdom and may be purchased from the local magistrate for a fair price upon presentation to the magistrate and a bill of sale being rendered. All property of a demi-human nature is to be branded with the owners mark which shall be registered within the magisterial archives for a modest fee of 500 silver coins.
