With gatherings approaching soon I would like to know if all of the Houses have Representatives ready for a Council meeting.

"Now that I'm no longer the house head or even in the house for that matter, there is no longer a representative for DeVris. As I remember, you need to have a member of every house present in order to vote for anything."

Yes Kenric thank you for reminding us all of the law. That wouldn't have been the reason behind this conversation at all.

I'm ready for a council meeting when everyone else is. Just let me know the time and I will be their.

Is will represents the guilds if nobodys minds.jus like is do last times

So we are jus waiting on Toevass and Devris House heads to reply and then we can set a time

*Kenric leans back and kicks his boots up on the table in front of him.*

"You're going to be waiting a while for a DeVris representative. You'll need to find someone willing to join the house, then wait a month for them to be recognized as members, and then wait until they've proven themselves worthy of the spot of House Head so that they can take up the spot in the council. Although I suppose you could always request a new magistrate and see if they'd be willing to fill the seat on the council. Let's just hope we don't end up getting another Skress..."

*With that he tilts back his tankard and downs the rest of his drink.*

"Cousin, just make sure you have someone keep proper notes this time.... you know how the last set of notes were criticized upon review...." Anya thinks for a moment, "Actually you should check the notes from the October meet. Wasn't there two from DeVris sitting in on that meeting?"

[Gunnar Haymish]

*Gunnar looks up form his spot as he is reading.*

"Quick question for you Boss? The one who is representing the guilds do they have to be a guild head? Reason I am asking is so that all the bases are covered. An I agree with Anya on someone taking very detailed notes as well. An if Jewels wants to set in on as one of the Representatives than I think the guilds heads should get together. So that it is done with all fairness to the others heads. I will state for the record I think Jewels will do just fine. An since I am the head of three of the guild in the area he has my backing."

*Arrives with a collection of books in one hand, absently reading off some documents in the other hand*
"I am available to represent Toevass in a meeting for whenever the time is set. "

*Gunnar looks over at Erinin an smiles.*

"Greeting Las being some time since I have seen you around. I see you must have been held up in the Zigarut again. I hope that you are doing well. If you get a chance can we go talk alone about a topic?"

*gentle cough*

"I think that if my Cousin could look at the Council meeting notes from October.... that there was an established order to who would sit and represent the Guilds on them. Was not Aurora the one to represent the Guilds as first choice and if she was not available, that there were two others selected as "backup"? Those I do not recall at the moment though."

[Gunnar Haymish]

*Gunnar nods as Anya talks than chuckles.*


"Nice to know but were all of the guilds there when the choices were giving? I know for a fact I was not, an I was the head of two of the guilds at the time. So we might wish to maybe I do not know talk amoung ourselves again about who would be representing the guilds. Unless there is a law or a ruling about it, which I have not read yet. An were are the notes for the last few meetings of last season. I would like to review them for my own personal enjoyment. Unless you are telling me I do not have the right to."

Anya shrugs, "Raymond has them, unless he gave the only copies to the Thane when we spoke with him last. And I think Auraura has had the seat for a while, which is why she was first. Something to do with length of time served. Don't recall precisely since I have been to a fair number of meetings since."
