*Aroura opens the door*

You may but first I must make sure you have no ties to necromancy.

* sense magic level 5 + items that detect necromancy*

*assuming he comes up clean*

Sorry precautions and all. Please come in. *steps aside for him to enter and follow her*

well you are doing the right thing be seeing me.
as for joining. just say you are interested in joining the mages guild, register with me. which we can take of right now. and then we discuss if the mages guild or house tovas is better suited for your future plans in advancing as a mage.

House Tovas is more for spell research, creating magic items and gaining general knowledge in magic and magic items.

The mage's guild is more of a general "school", we have members who delve into all types of magic. Creation, Research, Elemental attuning, ect. Now anything house tovas offers to further mage skills we also do, just they specialize more.
The only type of magic I won't support is necromancy and if you are ever expected of tring to learn such you will be turned over to the mage hunters of house Devris.

Also by joining the guild, you will be set up with a room if you choose and have access to the library, and all the other mages who stay here to talk with. I can't say everyone is available all the time, but you have a good chance of leaving a message here and it getting it to them if they stay here.
Now there are monthly dues.
These dues are for the upkeep of the guild, mages guild book, and library.
The dues are as follows:
A mage with only magic abilities below expert are asked to pay 5 pemb a moon.
A mage with expert skill in magic are asked 1 verlin a moon.
And A mage with master skill are asked 1 wald a moon.

the first month is free though to give a change to make a discission between here and house tovas. if you choose to stay elsewhere then we can discuss what your due will be.

*after the long speal, she offers him a drink, either eleven wine or water*

*Taking the elven wine, Adoven sits down*

"Thank you"

"I believe the guild sounds like a good place to develop my magics, and I spit on Necromancy, I hate it almost as much as I hate the darker members of our kin"

*Adoven Twitches at the thought*

"I don't think I'll stay here though"

No problem for not staying in the mages tower, we will just discuss dues later then. I am still figuring all this out, the previous archon did not leave me with a list of how She handled it. Just the beautiful mage guild book. :)

Yes I just have to take down your name, if you have a school preference, or elemental preference.

Then I can give you a piece of paper that says you are registered in legacy and midway seeing as I am the archon for both.
