Yes I wish to meet at the next moon. This meeting will be open to both members of the mages guild and those registered who wish to be involved.

I meant to say, what position should the Sun or Moon be in (what time of day)? I will gladly join, but I am a busy dwarf and need to know who I will disappoint by joining the meeting such that I may give them fair notice.
