Let us plan for the exotic material hunt for Saturday June 11th. If you want to go please be in the inn at 11:00. We will assign groups then and get ready to go.

*Adoven looks out the window, and suddenly vanishes*


*He re-appears inside a few seconds later*

"Sorry, I thought something moved outside. Well, Master Dwarf, This sounds like a plan."

*Agmundr looks up form where he has been standing.*

"You have our swords Chronixxx, well let you set the groups. Seen how you, Klogg, and Lochinlan have made this trip before. But I would like to know more about this cave. If you have the time too."

Saturday it is. If we decide to do two groups I'll need to get a list started and want to know all those who can guarantee they will be there Saturday night. So, lets start a list and set some basic ground rules so as to avoid any future confusion. Group one's goal is to get into the COA and clear at least the first level. If possible clear the second. I can impart more specific information about the cave as we get closer.

Main goal: find the unnamed flower.

Rules:
1. DON'T TOUCH THE FLOWER! Only a master at gather herbs should even go near the thing.
2. It should only be called "the flower."
3. Loot rule: Any loot that falls in the area you are in your group keeps. This loot, as per the normal loot distribution method goes in a pile and is distributed to those who went in a manner best fitting at the time. Normally we each state what we are interested in and then divide stuff, maybe putting in a little extra cash to share among those who went.

If anyone has an objection to the goal/rule say so now. I've placed ? by people until they state here they are in and in the group I listed. I'll update this list as people add their support. For now all who say they want in are going to be added to the confirmed list and then we will work out who goes where and if there is room for all after we have the names. People there is room for 16 but I'll do my best to see all that want to come get a role even if we need to do three groups with the first clearing only the first level and maybe the second clearing 2-3 or what not and so on.

"Dragon Slayer, I would like to go with the second group. I can teleport, do a tiny bit of healing... I can also blow things up. What do you say?"

"If possible, I would like to be a part of the first group."

[olaf]

"Olaf will begin the attack! Front of first group!"

*Adoven looks Olaf over, Then seems satisfied that he can handle himself , and nods his approval*

"I was not aware the town of midway had such powerful fighters... I had heard stories, but I feel reassured for all of your own safeties"

* The door swings open quickly as a cloud of sand and dust sweeps in with deliberate movements *

A voice like the rushing of wind speaks loudly "Boy, you should know better than to sense people without
their permission. Has not your archon tought you manners?"

*The cloud begins to take on a more humanoid shape, wind slowing and sand taking shape of a large man
wearing heavy armor made of stone wielding a spiked club*

"I am Garen Aythereon, Sentinel of the Mages guild. I have heard of your problem. I specialize in fighting
creatures such as this necromancer and his minions. I am here to offer my assistance in what way's I may."

With that Garen sits down at the bar looking for service.

Daniel looks puzzled, "what prey tell is a 'Sentinel of the Mages guild'?"

"I am suprised someone so learned has not heard of us. While we are not widely spoken of, which believe me is by designm we are still a force to be reckoned with. Within the guild, those of us with talents along a certain parth generally join the sentinels. Your recently lost Sir Llyshon would most likely have been a Sentinel."

Adoven, I will consider your offer for team two. I want to make sure you understand that group two will be going deep into the CoA. The depths we will travel normally are sought out by people who have achieved such deeds that they write about them in history books. Each level deeper we go it only gets more and more difficult just to move forward as the CoA resists those who have not achieved goals in life before offering it up as a token for reward. By the time we reach the fourth or maybe even fifth levels normally those still standing are 'legendary' or greater folks. I will accept your offer of help, but perhaps we should wait a bit longer to fill all the slots. I may need to bump people up to make room. I am thinking I may need to work on my list a bit. Perhaps put all volunteers on the list and then assign them groups as we fill.

*Adoven looks unimpressed by Garen's flashy entrance*

"Well Mr. Aythereon, I doubt they care. I simply wish to see what I am working with. Nice entrance."

*To Daniel*

"Fine, I shall go with group one, they may need the help more. As for the history books, they will know of Adoven soon enough"

*Lightning cracks outside and he laughs manically*

I'm trying to recall, but for the life of me it seems he was never in the mages guild. Are you saying that you elementalists got together and gave yourselves a fancy name?
