"As Olaf say, Va - No promises! You best be in first cave group, too, if you want to be sure to fight!"

Turns to Avoden. "Depends on the Orc, of course!"

Then to Darthesis. "Olaf no doubt would appreciate brave Daniel's fine information... if he were listening."

Finally to Klogg. "Olaf breathes just fine! Probably more than most, in truth."

(from behind the bar after he pours himself another drink)

Just so i don't hear the phrase we don't have time to get prepared. What equipment will be needed for the cave?

(looking over at Morgrin) Hey if you want I can teach you how to repair your own gear so you won't have to be paying others to do that.

For anyone else I am a master Smith and always willing to teach but when it comes to exotic materials until I can get someone to help me understand how to use them better I might not be that helpful there.

(scry shield- 0-120 depending on what your attempting to scry about for the conversation at the bar currently consider it 0)

"We know what we need to do. Why are we still sitting around talking about it? Let's go fight!" Vaanak's patience is wearing thin sitting around listening to other people discussing when she could be out doing.

"Without my former brothers aid I must now fend for myself. As the Knighthood no longer wishes me amongst them, I must pay for my food and shelter as well as my sword and armor."

Looking to Va.
"Calm yourself. In haste we act recklessly. Hate all you will, crave the screams of battle. But when you do, remember that your rage and hate must be guided. The same as your sword. With power AND control."

Vaanak sits back in a huff realizing that it's going to be quite a while before she gets to go anywhere. Wanting a break she hands Ivar and Kavar over to Olaf.

Limps in to the taver covered in cuts and bruises and drenched in blood, hamilcar looks around out of his right eye, his left one being swollen shut.
After spoting an empty stool by the bar he limps to it and takes a seat at the bar, looking over to the man behind the bar he says
" pardon the bleedin all over yur floor,an ill be shure to clean it up ifin i dont die first but do ye reckon i could get a bit o mead in me for i do ether?"

*Res rolls his eyes and takes another long pull as Morgrin speaks. He catches Vaanak's eye and from behind Morgrin's back, makes a face that looks very much like he is constipated, and starts opening and closing his mouth in mocking time to the man's words. When Morgrin is finished he flashes her another grin and raises his glass. "Well said, sir! Well said! Let's let our rage and hate guide us into getting off our asses and killing us some baby-eatin' necro-bastard."

*He tilts his head, somewhat drunkenly, and looks at Hamilcar as he walks in*, "What the hell happened to you?"

"Bah - must wait for full moon. THEN Olaf will be reckless, for I intend MUCH wrecking!"

Takes the babies as Hamilcar walks in.

"Did you kill them all or leave some for us? Be good for Ivar and Kavar to see some crushings before bed!"

Although as most here can attest, I do believe in properly preparing before most action, but there are times to act as well.

A politician might plan an action for years before properly implementing it, and this was the right time frame for his plan.

A general might plan a battle for days before properly implementing it, this was the right time frame for his plan.

A warrior might plan his battle while he is being attacked, he only has split seconds to determine the proper response and action, this was the right time frame for his plan.

So while long meetings and planning sessions work well in many cases, do not doubt the planning abilities of a warrior, they can 'plan' on a time scale many people would never comprehend. When you see someone freeze in a battle, you know they were not capable of what any true warrior is capable of.
