Snow covered

Daniel comes into the inn covered in layers and in snow.
Me Thane it's been a long cold winter on the front, or what's left of it and I'm ready for some R&R. Give me something to warm me up if you don't mind. Any news? Things have just been too quite for my comfort since, well since the great battle where were lost Sir Llyshon and then the minor showing from the Blood Moon. Seems like everyone decided to take winter off.

*A few moments after Daniel walked in comes Agmundr wrapped in furs and leather form head to toe. He is shaking as he jingles his way in form outside. His face looks very cold and almost iced over. As he tips back his hood and the snow drops off him. That fire catches his eyes and he turns and head over to it.*
"Greetings Bantu Sylas might I get a drink of something hot and very strong. For traveling with in your fields of ice have taking a lot out of me."

*serving up some hot mulled wine, not his typical serving but with the weather a welcomed deviance*
"Here gentlemen, something to warm your bones. With all the snow we've had youd think Phantara was trying to wipe herself clean after that bit with Lyshon."
*shivers slightly*
"Still no news from the otherside of the mountains, and the pass has been blocked all winter. I was hoping you might have word from the Diveners on when to expect a thaw."
*handing a steaming mug to Agmundr*

No, nothing that I've been able to pick up or heard passed along the channels. What ever they are up to in that pyramid is anybody guess. It's my hope that with the fall of their master they will shatter to pieces and consume each other. Maybe we'll be lucky and they will destroy each other so much that we can clean up the pitiful remains. But then, that's about as likely as this wine getting Bombar drunk, not isn't it.
Daniel tips back his glass emptying the contents and pulls out a book to take some notes.

*Agmundr takes the hot mug from Sylas. than slowly starts to drink it.*
"Thank you Bantu Sylas it is nice to see friendlier faces again. An to hear voices that are more to my liking as well. So no word form the other side of the mountain as of yet. Has anyone seen Aurora in pass few moons? What about Jason of the Blackstone or Jack?"

Jack emerges from a shadow by the door. His armor is polished and clothes well pressed. Oath Keeper rest in his back scabbard as usual but Mayhem is gripped tightly in his right hand. His face grim, he eyes every dark corner and, stares intently at each person in turn. Sheathing the ancient blade he makes his way to the bar. From his pack he removes his egg and sits with it next to the fire. With a small smile he carefully removes the furs and wool wrapped around it and looks up to his Thane.
"Sylas, may I have some warm elven wine. I am here Agmundr, what may I do for you?"

"Yes. Inside this egg is one of the green fey. Or a least its magics feel as one of them." Jack looks down at the egg and chuckles. "One of the green being protected by one of the dark."

Cudar slips in the door and brushes away the snow, then sits down at the bar and thinks his mug down.
"Something warm, Sylas. The ziggurat is a wonderful building for defenses, for doing research, but it seems to be completely incapable of retaining heat."
He gets out his notebook and scribbles down a few things, then passes Sylas a verlan in exchange for the drink.
"Speaking of the fae, we still need to make a trip there, Jack. There are a few books I'd like to look at and I think studying the gems there might help. Has yours done anything since it took a bit of your life?"
