a whining/wizzing sound can be heard from outside, gradually getting louder in proximity, it is acompanied by ziggys voice

there is a loud thump against the wall of the tavern, the whine/wizzing sound has changed to a sputtering "putput" noise. a smokey fog raises up from that side of the building.
