A Midnight Visitor

Most of the people of Midway are fast asleep during the Midnight hour, but the usual festivities at the Inn are just beginning. A bonfire roars just out side, surrounded by adventures who joke and swap stories. The soothing sounds of a harp drift out of the building in stark contrast to the lude shouts within. The door is in constant motion as travelers, adventurers and visitors pass to and fro. But one Tarragon Soldier doesn’t use the door. He just appears out of thin air right in the middle of the floor.
He wobbles for a moment in surprise, taking in his new surroundings. But then he regains his focus and talks swiftly to all around.
“Tarragon Keep is attacked by undead! Sir Llyshon bids you to assist with magical arms!”

We could always just take the portal stones. It would save your magic for another time, but whoever's leading the undead may expect reinforcements from there.

This is at least interesting. I can't promise aid until I can assess the business relevance of the situation but of course I will provide transportation to myself. I shall arrive just after the rest of you.
My skills will be available for the right price as soon as I arrive.

He reaches out and touches Solari, waiting to be transported.

The two Sylvani sisters, Gwenivive and Evalynne walk into the inn and see their Meemoo and walk to Solari and place their hands upon his shoulder. In unison they say "We are ready."
Gwenivive cocks her eyebrow at Evalynne and simply says "Ready..."
Evalynne then looks at Gwenivive and rolls her eyes slightly.
