Sale, Sale, Sale! Baron Mordin Dreadnought is graciously offering up the following items within the Barony of Ironguard. This is a silent auction, all bids may be submitted to the Baron's exchequer via the following location and process. (Please send email with the Subject of: BID for <Item> to gm@carpsgame.com, you will get a reply indicating that your bid was received). Bids may contain the following items; Coin, Gems, Weapons, Armor, Potions, Crafting Materials, Scrolls, Spell copies, Spell Books, Laboratories, Alchemy Recipe's, Favors, magical devices, livestock, and anything else of value that may legally be traded within the kingdom of Silverthorne. (OOG: All non-coin items will be assessed at a value of 5 pemb per PP, any recipes or spell copies that you offer up will no longer be considered part of your recipe/spell book for conversion).

5 Small shops in the city of Ports Landing. Each of these shops could be refurbished for use in whatever business capacity desired. Each shop is a two story building (roughly 800 sq ft) in the merchant district, the ground floor is 2 rooms (Front room of the shop and back room for storage), the upper floor is divided into 3 rooms, and each shop contains a small underground celler (15'x15'). Minimum Bid: 5 Bar

4 Merchant Homes. These homes were foreclosed upon by House Mandalor when the owner's business failed and they reverted to the local noble. Each of these homes is a 2 story, 4 bedroom manor house (Roughly 3000 sq ft) on an acre of land. Each home comes unfurnished. Design of each home is slightly different (OOG: You can custom design based upon the spec's provided above.) Minimum Bid: 1 Brick

3 Land Grants. Each land grant contains 50 Acres of land within the Barony of Ironguard that the owner may build or cultivate however they wish. Minimum Bid: 1 Brick

2 Minor Noble Estates. Each of these estates formerly belonged to minor nobles in the Barony of Ironguard. Those nobles were found to have been consorting with enemies of the crown, and were striped of title and lands. Each estate is 50 Acres of land and contains a 2 story, 12 bedroom manor home (roughly 10,000 sq ft). The formal estate is set upon 2 acres of well maintained land, 23 acres were cultivated for farm land, and the remaining 25 acres remain uncultivated forest land. This land also comes with the a writ of nobility conferring the status of Gentlefolk upon the owner, and their direct family. A nobles oath of fealty to Baron Mordin Dreadnaught, and the Crown ruler of Silverthorne is required. These estates are only available to citizens of the Kingdom of Silverthorne. Minimum Bid: 2.5 Brick and 3 Magical items of worth (The Baron reserves the right to deny any magical item he deems unworthy).

Grant of Citizenship within the Kingdom of Silverthorne. With royal permission Baron Dreadnaught is offering up full citizenship within the Kingdom of Silverthorne to any Demi Human, Sylvani, or Barbarian who was a member of the town of Midway or aided in preventing the forces of the Chaos Pirate Ramirez from destroying the known world. This citizenship is granted to anyone who fits the above criteria provided that they provide the necessary funds to record this status across the Kingdom (5 Bar per Grant of Citizenship).

Bidding will close on the first day of the 4th moon 1015 PEW, and the winners will be notified.

Baron Mordin Dreadnaught is pleased to announce that the manor, lands, and title for the estate of Morborough is hereby granted to Daniel Lockheart for his generous contributions to the war effort and his years of service to the kingdom. He is hereby elevated to the status of Gentleman within the Kingdom of Silverthorne and is granted all privileges, rights, and responsibilities of this new rank.

Baron Mordin Dreadnaught is also pleased to announce that the manor, lands, and title for the estate of Glengrove is hereby granted to Rose Nightshade for her generous contributions to the war effort and her years of service to the kingdom. She is hereby elevated tot he status of Gentlewoman within the Kingdom of Silverthorne and is granted all privileges, rights, and responsibilities of this new rank.

Gentleman Lockheart and Lady Nightshade are hereby summoned to Port's Landing to swear oaths of fealty to Baron Dreadnaught, they will then travel with royal escort to the city of Silverthorne to swear oaths of fealty to the royal family.

All other auction winners will be contacted privately within a two weeks time span.
