ATTENTION ASPIRING ARTISTS!

In an attempt to chronicle the heroes of midway and their heroic deeds for future generations, the mayoral office of midway is now putting out a call to all aspiring artists in town for their creations telling the story of the town and its inhabitants. Current payment schedules for these portraits are as follows:

color portait: up to 1 wald in champion tokens or 8 verlan coin
black and white portrait: up to 8 verlan in champion tokens or 6 verlan coin
sketch: up to 5 verlan in champion tokens or 3 verlan coin

Keep in mind, this is not a competition. All artists may participate and will receive payment per artist per hero in their portrait. This means that one artist will not receive multiple payments for a single hero portrayed. however, if a lower quality portrait is replaced by a higher quality one of the same subject matter, the difference in quality will be paid to the artist.

We are currently looking for portraits of individual hero's. This means that an artist will not receive multiple payment for putting more than one character in a portrait. Artists are encouraged to use creative license when choosing the pose for the hero, however portraits with multiple being in them will not be accepted as a characters portrait (such as Rooks drawn slaying a drake). Art submitted in this category will be judged on an individual basis and payed accordingly.

Artists: When choosing your medium, please refrain from materials that will leave marks on other works(such as pastels or other messy art mediums. if you can seal it to such a point that it will not leave residue, then that is fine.)
