Elias enters the common area of the Tavern and looks around at those present.

"It is my intention to learn to effectively wear light armor. I plan to spend the remainder of this moon focused on that activity. Is anyone present able to mentor me to that effect? I am willing to negotiate for monetary compensation, if necessary."

(oog: Starting from zero. If I can find a mentor, I can make it up to level 5. If I can only find a teacher, I'll have to settle for Level 4.)

(You can only learn one level of skill at a time when being mentored)

*Valkren looks up, mug in hand and says*

"Look, Elli-ass, I'll teach you how to wear the stuff, but you're gonna have to proclaim to all the patrons that Valkren is the best, first."

*With that, Valkren takes off his breastplate, throws it at Elias, and stands up*

"PUT THAT ON, BOY."

Or you could come to your guild leader and ask me to locate you a teacher or a mentor for the skill in question.
The mercs will teach armor and weapon skills to their members you know.
