I teach alchemy and herbalism for free to anyone in the alchemist guild! I'm a grandmaster!

Between Maka and myself, we can teach you healing, herbalism, alchemy and potion research. As Maka stated, she can teach you up to grand master (level 10) in herbalism and alchemy. I can teach you as high as master (level 8 ) in research and healing. I can even teach you all the little extras for healing and research.

I am new to this area & kingdom, what is the alchemist's guild? Must I join?"

Nope, you do not need to join. The alchemist guild is lead by Daniel Lockhart. We share our discovers and help each other out at the local chapter level. There larger chapters in the cities can help you research new recipies and cut the cost down for supplies. It is a good group of folks.

You do not have to join the alchemist guild. I tink the mage's guild is the only guild that forces membership.

The alchemist guild isn't a very strong group right now, but we do share potions recipes and help each other. I'm working on building the alchemist guild up and Daniel is our leader and he helps if you need anything. I would say you should join but that's because I love it. One of my recent things is offering free teaching to all members of the alchy guild.

I dont exactly charge to non members of the guild but if you get higher up in levels or need to be mentored I will. Why don't you come to the alchy meeting next moon and just see what some of the other alchymists are like?

i can teach you all that you are looking for with the exception of trade, alchemy and any of the insight stuff. and unlike most of the folks here i can teach you to be a master. i just have so rules and guidelines you have to follow if you want to be my student.

i can teach you how defend yourself with anything. and the rule are !) do not question my methods. 2) when you are my student do not commit any crimes. 3) only use the skills i have taught you for the greater good. 5) when you are my student i must have your undivided attention. 6) also agree that you will never charge to teach the skills that have taught you. 7) after completing your training you must serve in the town guard 1 full moon with out pay. if fail to follow the rules you will willing end your life with out hesitation. that are my rules.

"Given the number of... things that seem to like to attack Midway, I think training is in order as well.

I would like to become an expert with a longsword (lvl 4 and 5), and wearing my armor (Heavy Armor lvl 5). I would also like a little more skill with a shield (lvl 3).
And, in order to be less reliant on the Town Guard's smithing resources, I'd like to be able to do that for myself as well. (lvls 1-3)
Since we bumped into a few undead, If I have time, I'd like to learn the rudiments of using a Long Hammer (lvl 1) as well."
