Here are my views. Yes, I can be very opinionated!

Before we even get to how we are going to help the Kingdom, we need to get ourselves organized.

Here are some questions that come to mind.

What are the job responsibilities of the Constable, Captain of the Town Guard, and Mayor? What is extent of their power? What can they and cannot do?

Who is in charge and when? Should one of them always be in town?

How is the town guard to be run, what is the pay scale, what are the guard supposed to do? What powers do they have?

Also, the town is well funded. What programs should we setup to better the people of this town? How can the money aid in the town defense?

I have many more questions, but let’s start with these.
