Jason had already offered, so I didn't see the point in bothering you as well, I figured you would be busy doing captainy things anyway. Do you know any trade skills you could teach? I would hate to muscle in on stags reclamation operation.

I'm alright in smithing too.

I can also teach you how to scavenge enough food to feed yourself for free every moon.

Well, there doesn't seem to be many people with various trade proffessions around that are willing to teach, so I will take you up on the gathering and harvesting knowledge. I figure that shouldn't cut into what you are making in those areas.

If anyone is interested I know the trade skill of gemcutting and have been making enough to support myself from it at least.

If memory of another situation like this serves correctly, you do not need to learn his trades specifically. He will simply show you how to be better at trading... the ins and outs of being a merchant, so to speak. That knowledge can be applied to whatever trade you so choose, even gem-cutting.

*Res at Edrial* Well I'm not much good at trading things, but I know how to make a bit of money rolling dice and gambling and would be happy to teach you some of what I know. It helps if you can scr.... er... screen out certain types of people when you're gambling. Luck's got some to do with it, too, but if you're smart you can make a verlan or two.

why don't you show me how you go about all the trading you do involving all of the things you gather and scrounge. I am sure I will learn a few things.

hrm, not much of a gambler, but maybe after I get a better foundation of an income and have some spare coin I will take you up on that.
