I would like to formally annouce that Maka has been apointed as the new captain of the guard. If you are interested in joining the guard, you may speak with her as well as myself.

*maka jumps up and yells*

"Whoo hoo!!"

*she clears her throat and more calmly says*

"Maka very happy to accept this position. I will do very good job! To make this work and keep our town safe we need guard members though. If you are afraid of giving up your time, we can work around your schedual and whatever else you need. Keeping the town safe is important for EVERYONE."
