Be it before the game starts (like now), during the game (are you planning to run anything for the new players), etc.

It's very easy to miss something at NPC camp and I can guarantee you they appreciate reminders about the new players, they are our future... teach them to kill and let them lead the way... or something like that.

We may be bringing a new player as well, but probably only for Friday night.

While the cave is being run, since that will probably take up a good chunk of our NPC staff, I'd be willing to NPC with the cave crew or for the new players, or even be a PC guide for them if my char's situation allows it.
Actually, if you want I could NPC the event if the plans involving Flamyras aren't extensive, but only if needed. If it takes til Saturday night to get him back, it seems like a decent plan.
