Versatility human racial trait

If I don't currently have Versatility, and I want to train a racial skill, do I talk to a member of THAT race, or do I talk to a human that has a versatility-earned trait?

The way it's written, I need to purchase versatility first, but you can't find a character that has versatility, because versatility is replaced by whatever trait they take.

You find a member of that race or a human that has that racial. So if you want barbarian Extra Toughness you find either a human or barbarian with it. You never actually learn versatility.

Thank you.

I can see that being really weird in some situations

"Hello Avyana, can you teach my how to be a Sneaky Bird?"

"oh, hey, orc, can you teach me to get really angry sometimes?"

I'm sure there are ways to role play it, but that just sounds funny to me.

Most races would not have to much trouble (Sylvani and Valkin'Vi in my mind are the more troublesome). I feel many of the others would possibly respect if you wished to earn their trust or work towards that.

Depends on the racial.
Stubborn? Sure.
Dwarvenbuilt? Not likely. Not impossible, but be prepared to work for it.

I have a feeling if you wanted to learn a barbar skill you could find someone to teach you.
