22
The Queen of Night has left her land to walk the land of men.
In her wake, a war erupts within that viper's den.
For three come forth who wish to hold the seat that she once held.
The first a man so dark of heart, the dark power he upheld
He wants the land of air and sea for their great naval power.
He hopes to help the shadows dark, this world of ours devour.
Another one stands brave and tall against this wicked man.
He seeks to end this viper's spat the dark one hath began
And use the rogues of the sea and air for the betterment of all.
The last of three is not a man, his stature not as tall,
He seeks both fame and greater wealth to fill his coffers deep,
But when War comes to all of us to himself he will keep.

Please discuss below.

I am thinking this might also be referring to the pirates.

If this is the same Queen of Night referred to in Stanza 15, then it would be the Vampire Queen Spring returning from the Corsair Islands.

Then this would probably denote that she is going to play a major role in all of this for she is mentioned twice in this thing.

It isn't so much her role in the whole prophecy being any more important because she is mentioned twice.

This stanza refers to the fact that she will return from the Corsair Islands.

The Queen of Night has left her land to walk the land of men.

She is returning to Silverthorn. That we already figured.

In her wake, a war erupts within that viper's den.
For three come forth who wish to hold the seat that she once held.

This would indicate that her leaving the Corsair Islands will plunge the Islands into a civil war, as three men fight for the position she held there.

This stanza indicates that we need to focus on the three men who war over Vampire Queen Spring's vacated position. It appears as if the second man mentioned is the one we want to win.

If the third is not a man, then what is he? I can only guess that he must be of another race then human, but it is a bit vague, isn't it? I mean... even more so then the rest of the prophecy...

The last of three is not a man, his stature not as tall,

If this does not indicate a child, then perhaps a Guthrie or Gnome.

Perhaps a female Gnome or Guthrie.

Even though the passage indicates he is not a man, it still refers to him as a he, so I think he is still male, even if not a man.

Has any more information been found on this subject? obviously it should be of great concern as we have handed her the device to make her succesor. *Shaking his head with a forlorn look on his face*. I think that someone should focus on finding out who these people are and making sure that the second one spoken of here is put on the seat of the Corsairs and that the rod is not used to make his will bend to the cycle-breakers. Mayhaps one that gave the item in the first place. *Looking around again*

I am thinking that person is not huMAN. So it may be a past lover of the Queen? Most power isn't just found, its presented like a baited hook.
Which makes me worrie about the item She now has in her hands. Because that POWER could be the Vamperic power she has as of now... Not just the power of the land.

Barnoc would fit very well as the 3rd.

Yes this is true.. He was short was he not? And the payment for him to get her artifact was probably her power. It would make since... Oh and weren't they lovers? Or getting very close?

Hmmmm.
If that is the case then we don't have to worry about the third person anymore.
