Beware the Season of Fall, for the Gnome King plans his return.
For the Ring that gates the Great Tunnel has been found once more,
They shall battle for the key to a World beyond the Door.
Please discuss below.

I believe this stanza refers to the Vampire King Autumn. He has also been referred to as the Gnomish King of Darkness.

So I take it not only is he a Vampire King, but a gnome to boot?
Again, if this is so we need to look into his weaknesses as well.
Gnome King

I hear that there's rocks in the Mages' Guild tower that won't shut up about the Gnome King. Perhaps they'd be a good place to start.

Haven't heard them speaking in awhile and I live there.
Maybe Tee, Dietrich, Winter, or one of the other mages have heard them say something.

Maybe they're bored. Take 'em up a breakfast of some schizt or something an' see if they feel like a chat.

According to the Chronicle of the Essence War:
In the darkness of the Chaos Mountains, in the shadow of the Lair of Ancients, lies the way stones to An'San'Dar. Beware the path that you take, for the 4th Season, one of the four foul Necromancers, guards the place. Those he has enslaved call him the Gnomish King of Darkness. By the time you read this, he has surely corrupted the ways with his minions of bone and living stone. Do not be tricked into releasing any creature bound by Essence along that path. For they are casualties of this war.
~~~~~
Autumn remains in the mountains.
So, he uses skeletons and stone golems?
Actually, one of these stones was returned to the Mages Tower just this last moon. It seems the talking stones were on the list of things Lothar had stolen from the Guild Tower when he went through with his Magic Dead Eye.
*she shakes her head at the memory*
As I was returning the stone to the top of the Tower, I decided to ask it about the Gnomish King of Darkness. It grew incredibly frightened. It relayed that the Gnomish King of Darkness captures stones such as it and places them in his creations ... golems of steel and stone. So I am led to believe that these Golems may be more intelligent than others we may have faced in the past.
... just a note to keep in mind since Autumn is indeed just a moon or two away.
Fall has been upon us for some time now, what is known of this Gnome and his intentions or whereabouts.
*Mylo wanders up to where Solari has just spoken*
Forgive me for my ignorance in these matters regarding this prophecy. Since arriving in this town I have attempted to gain as much information as possible and also just to observe the happenings about the town.
Now I may be wrong or mistaken but wasn't there a proliferation of golems descending upon the town this moon? It may just be me, if this is a common occurance please correct my ignorance.
Vampire King of the gnomes.....I can't say that I heard much save for the fact that a few of the townsfolk know his name and that he may not like hearing it.
However I do remember hearing of some sort of deal with a "Vampire Queen" and a rod of vampire creation. Apparently she is to use said rod in order to cure herself of vampirism. I had my doubts as to the validity of a contract with said "Vampire Queen", but I was reassured by our Captain of the Guard that this was a sound descision ratified by none other than the Baron himself.
I do hope that this "Queen" is true to her word, if not I have a feeling that the ramifications could be catasrophic.
I wish to aid in whatever way I can regarding this prophecy, which sadly I cannot say is much. Save for the fact that I can add another set of eyes, ears, and perspective.
*Mylo folds his arms across his chest and a thoughtful look washes over his features.*
