15
In the coming spring, the Queen of Night steals her way back by wind.
At her side, the thief of thunder and hearts, for both have sinned.
Together planning to rob fate a doomed Destiny to rescind.

Please discuss below.

I believe this stanza refers to the Vampire Queen Spring.

Here I go repeating myself, but since more then likely...ok most definatly if you ask me...Winter has this dead on. Again we are going to have to find this vampire's weaknesses.

Jarrick had one and more then likely the others will have something specific that can really hurt them.

If they are all as powerful as he was then it is going to take good-sized army to take them out.

According to the Chronicle of the Essence War:

Vampire Queen Spring fled to the Corsair Islands. Seven of the author's pupils (Essence Mages) went to try to put an end to her.

Question is with what specifically and who in town can use it. If she is making her way here from those islands we need to be ready.

I need a copy of that Chronicle of the Essence War; I should look into that too. Seems it's got everything besides a good recipe for beef stew.

<pauses>

<cautiously> *Does* it have a good recipe for beef stew?

*Twilight pauses a moment a bit confused as she thumbs through a few papers. She abruptly stops, sighs and smiles at Jenna*

No, I do not believe it has a recipe for beef stew ... or biscuits.

I shall endeavor to make a copy available, as it may contain information pertinent to this prophecy. Though, it is only one individual's account of what they witnessed during the War, it is still something.

*she pauses, then laughs*

Though I have to ask, as one associated with the likes of Darthesis. How much are you willing to pay for it?

*thoughtfully*

Together planning to rob fate a doomed Destiny to rescind...

I wonder if they mean The Master's Destiny... Although he was able to, by his Destiny, cause the Necromancers to win the war, it was not by much because of Alrics Destiny. Perhaps this passage means that the Vampire Queen Spring means to respend, replace, re-something that destiny.

Does not one of the other stanzas speak of "Winter's Return" if that Winter is Jarric then this stanza could mean that Spring will come with someone else to bring Winter back. But the question is who is this thief.

In which Stanza do you see reference to Winter's return, Solari? The Stanza about Winter - Stanza 14 - states that he has fallen away. We know Jerrick DeWinter is dead.

I am sorry I thought that I had read somewhere in here about the 4th seasons return or some such. I have been very distracted as of late I am sorry if my words took you off track.

The 4th Season was indeed mentioned in the Chronicle of the Essence War, which I referenced for Stanza 17. But the Chronicle, on Stone 2, lists the 4th Season as Autumn, the Gnomish King of Darkness.

*she smiles at Solari*

No need to apologize. This can all be very confusing.

Hey, just an odd thought. What ever happened to Barnock?
