12
For those who do not change a sign in the sky
Shall herald the arrival of one to mend what was broken
A secret shall be revealed by the death
Of one who is as old as their kind
A half-healed wound shall be given the chance to mend or be
Torn open on the ground of the mountain tall
And a home long forgotten shall be revealed through a door
In the city of steel and stone.

Please discuss below.

This might be way out there, but could this be referring to the Great Ogg and that Orcish Nirvana place thingymajig where their warriors go after death?

Splitskull or something?

The place is called Splitskull Mountain.

Humm...maybe.

Yes, the Og was recently slain, that part would fit...does anyone have a way of conversating with his spirit? Seems he might have a secret...

Klogg or Slogg may be able to.

It begins to make sense that this stanza refers to the Orcs. As others have pointed out, the Ogg is recently deceased, and the Orcs do have this home long forgotten.

I suppose we look for a sign in the sky. Though, could this mean another comet? If a comet, one already mentioned in Stanza 1? Or perhaps another sign in the sky.

Perhaps one who knows how to read the stars would be best at this? I, myself, do not have that skill.

Through my divinations, I have discovered that this stanza refers to the Ga'vin.

The Ga'vin, most interesting.

Stanza 12 refers to the Ga'Vin and the Gnomes they have been trying to block others from scrying on information about it. It refers to the gnomes home of Castillion.

This is what the Ga'Vin Elder told to Sylas Rooks and I.

Humans from outside, Ga'vin from inside
Ancestors or sires from outside
If the door is found then the Ga'Vin may be able to go outside

There is a Gateway in Castillion that needs to be found, somehow it will be the key to getting the Ga'Vin "outside".

Whatever "outside" or "inside" means.

On that note, I am going to take off for a bit. I have some things I need to take care of.

I know where the gateway referred to in this stanza is. But I know not how to activate it, nor do I have contact with the Ga'Vin to see what they have to say with regards to it.

Can any offer assistence?

Tee.
