I am seperating this a little bit as we now have 2 locations happening.

This is the down the hall (which is in Sylas's room) in the Jackoric house. At present here is the scene.

You continue looking deeper into the Jakoric house and follow the corridor down which Sylas must have been thrown by the blast. You come to a room at the end of the corridor and an old man (This is the old man from the dream for those who have experienced it) lays upon the ground a large pool of blood around him. He is in a half-way fetal position and looking a little closer you can see that it appears his stomach has been chewed upon as their is a large hole in his misection where the blood seems to have come from.

Kimberlyn and Dietrich are currently in the room. Dietrich is kneeling in front of the man and examining him and Kimberlyn appears to be looking around the room sensing for magic.

*Balthazar comes down the hall into the room*

Oh that looks like it hurt, is he going to be ok?

*Starts looking around the room for something*

*After searching for a bit he finds a box and goes through it*

Blazes!!! No luck.

*Looks at Dietrich*

He is as powful as a member of the House Council of the Guild of Magi, yet I do not recognize him at all.

Don't worry, I recognise him and we'll worry about the council afterwards. No taints of any kind? No spells sustaining his life?

I used the incoorect pronoun, was a powful magi on par with the members of the High Council. I can examine him more closely if you would like to assess his condition.

Who is he by the way for I would like to know.

I have no idea who he is, just what he is, and are you sure he's past tense?

*Looks at the old man more closely*

Dietrich Krankheight, this man appears to have some sort of spell affect upon him that I do not recognize what it is at all.

*Looks at him*

Remove it?

No... who knows, as far as I can tell... well, I can't tell, he has some signs of life and some of death and I know of powerfull spells that can hold one in a between state slowly repairing the body... it is possible this is happening to him. But I do recognise him and he is an ally.... I will see what I can do for him.

I repeat, who is he? I know he is a magi, I do not recognize him and therefore do not know if he is a registered magi.

A mage from a dream, probably from the plane of dreams, due to his actions within that plane most likely a very powerful essence mage.... though he's in bad shape now. Re'gaul or one of his minions... probably the man himself, is probably behind this, though I wouldn't rule out powerful necromantic entity nightmare like thing.

He is not registered then I can assume?

The spell on him is either one I have not run across or a 5th tier spell. If you can assist him in his recovery, do you then wish for the spell to be removed?

I wasn't planning on removing it at all.

*begins to bandage the man's wounds*

This would be a "See what happens situation"

That is reasonable, but you have not answered the question on whether or not he is a registered member of the Guild of Magi.
