If anyone tries you are unable to pour a potion down the mans throat...his mouth will simply not open.

He appears in all regards to be a very badly injured man, but is almost like a stone statue with regards to physical endeavors.

Do you think the old man did this to himself or that someone else did this to him?

If he did it to himself, if we release him from it, he may die.

If someone else did it, the only reason I can come up with is someone is trying to relay a really nasty message...

When I divined what may be done in order to help the old man, I recieved a vision of Sylas standing over his own body.

*she pauses for a moment and casts another Spell. A look of sheer horror crosses her features as she begins running down the hall, yelling*

STOP! Don't move Sylas! He must remain still!

*Sylas turns into the frame just before Rooks makes it out. As he looks in to his room he seems to slump a little in the door frame*

"Well at least Regal isnt here. How is he?"

*Twilight silently steps into the room behind Sylas*

Everyone says they found him like this. It appears he is in some sort of stasis. He is under the effects of a powerful Spell. No amount of Healing or Magic has any effect on him, and they say he is like a statue in that he cannot be moved.

*she looks to Sylas and he can see she is quite happy to see him up and about*

We think mayhaps he needs his Staff back.
