I do not think there is anything Sethias that you should talk to at this table. Less you want to deal with Arthur, and or the "not be part of the living afterwards" thing. But if you do want something to "work", or more like with, then I would like to talk to you.

*Indicating to step outside*

*Standing at the back corner of the Inn, arms folded and leaning against the wall, Kimberlyn shakes her head. It is obvious she has heard the entire conversation.*

*She looks over at Rowan and in her cold, emotionless voice.*

I have not seen Arthur that frusterated in well...actually I cannot remember him being that frusterated to be honest.

*Looks over to Rowan*

What is going on with you? Rowan, you at one moment stated that you were tired of the people in this town and are leaving. Then, you decide to stay. However, you just did to Darem, Rasolin, and Arthur exactly what you stated others in this town were doing to each other...that had you so frusterated.

Darem may have been out of line by what he stated, but to be honest, I was thinking along similar lines. There are people like Rasolin, Ashton, and a few others who have spent MONTHS researching this. These people can give you insight as to what is going on so that you know what you are facing and can devise a battle tactic from there. A good blade is fine and everything, but a good plan is priceless and going into a situation with as much information about your enemy is also highly advised.

We all should be banning together better then this if we are going to be able to fight the darkness that is to come...what is coming will be brutal if we do not.

*Kimberlyn just stands there and looks in the direction Arthur and Rhys went.*

*Steps out of his room with Rhys, exchanges a few muffled words with Kimberlyn, and then proceeds to the common room.*

I just wanted to clarify something real quick. I was not threatening anyone, least of all Sethias. I was mearly stating that going into a situation with Kane and no plan or information is a good way to end up dead. Just wanted to clarify that.

*Returns to his book that he brought out with him.*

"I think you all have taken what I have said to be something other than intended. I meant no offense, I was just trying to offer some help. If you took that as something else, you took my intentions the wrong way. I was not speaking sarcastically. I was offering help. I did give information and it was ignored. Like I said before, if the master of the Crypt thinks anyone is too much of a threat, he will not let them in. That simple statement says a lot."

*Daerm looks tired of speaking already and sighs*

"You know, I was just trying to help, and if that help isn't well received, then maybe I shouldn't help at all."

*Daerm goes to sit by himself*

Then I completely miss understood you. It sounded like you were being sarcastic and smug, but if you were not trying to be then please try to ignore what I said. Your input on situations is always appreciated.

As Head of House Toevas I forbid you Rowen Kane from pursuing the Crypt Of Fear any further, and which includes helping or hindering anyone working on it. It is under investgation by me.

Not that I really care one way or another but does house Toevas really have the right to forbid anyone from helping eliminate a threat to the town? I mean i'm sure the magistrate could but Toevas? Not to step on anyone toes I was just curious, I've been trying to learn this whole human law thing as of late but at every turn it makes less and less sense.

Hello my friend, how are things treating you as of late?
To answer your question, it is not the fact that she is from House Toevass that grants her the right to, but her being the local Head does. Being head makes her a Gentalfolk and being as such she can, "Dispence with those beneith her staition as she see's fit.", also she can stand as a person of authority if one higher than her is not present, which there is not currently inside. Atleast that is how I understood it.

In response to the question at hand, Arthur's statement is correct from what I know about the law in regards to people's stations. Until Mohdri or Kathryn are present someone like Rasolin or Sylas, a head of a House would be basically of higher station then the rest of us.

Though she is not an outright Gentleperson herself, Rasolin by being the head of House Toevas, has the protections of a Gentleperson.
