Daniel finishs his previous conversation and heads over to the bar keep for a glass of water. He looks around and takes a set pulling out some old book and begins to read.

I see you are drinking water... a fine choice. Good for the body and keeps the mind clear for studying. It helps to keep impurities out of the skin as well.

*turns back to the bandages while continuing to speak*

I have not seen you in this town before... are you new to the area?

I have been hear for a couple months now, but most of that time I have been very busy. And yourself, I am trying to get to know all the folks. You are a healer I see, (looks down and regards her belt hanger and a mercinary as well, thats a strange combination. What may I ask do they call you? You may call me Daniel by the way.

Yes, it is an odd combination, but every good adventuring party needs a good healer, I suppose.

(Slides a flask accross the bar to Nryhtak and looks him in the eye) "A drink from one old Solider to another. Do tell Nyr, how are we doing today? I trust the cycal has left you in good health.

(Daniel reachs over for a formal introduction and kisses the hand of the Elf girl) "I am honored to make thy aquantance. It is good to meet someone who is diverse, and willing to help others. Should ever find myself in need of healing, I will be sure to look for you."

No need Fate. Daniel and I have a bit of a past.

I did my job, he did his.

It seems he bore some resentment about that. Course, in his position I would have as well. One can be stunned when they run into an old enemy.

However it seems some of the dust perhaps has settled.

It was indeed a long time ago, and if I recall correctly I believe our king has decided the past for us. All be it, I was suprised to run into an old... aquantaince, but the past is what it is, and we can not change it. As far as myself or mine are conserned you have earned a clean start, and from the looks of things you have done well with it (glansing at that fablous sword you carry and the many gathered that bare the R on their belts. He reaches over and pick up the unaccepted, offered flask), so here is to moving forward. (he takes a drink)

(Smiles at agrement to agree upon putting aside things of the past and hands the flask to Nyr)

Upon seeing the captin, he pockets the flask and heads over to talk to him.

Ah good sir, I am told you are the Captin of the Guard in this town.
The name is Daniel Lockheart, (extends a hand). It is good to meet you. I have heard from Ashton, that you quest to become a knight? That is a very grand goal for life and I slaute you. I myself was a military man since 13, (he looks much older than that btw...late 20's to early thirties, with some grey). I would offer any service you may need should you request. I am not sure that I am ready to join the town guard or anything just yet, as I am newly retired and of course new to this area, and am sure that a wise leader such as any knight would be would wish to know a man to judge his value before offering such a place of honor. However, if you are in need for patrols or something and I have not been called away on a quest I will gladely aid thee.

I thank you for your offer. Really the best way for you to help out is whenever you are not busy and you are looking for something to do just come and find me. I always need people to patrol the surrounding area but I do not use a set schedule.

*Stops and thinks for a minute then shakes his head and looks at Nyrhtak*

That is fine, I am guessing the same topic as before?

*Follows Nyrhtak out of the inn after nodding to Daniel*
