Um...Hmm...well. I can pretty much assure you that Rooks will be unable to attend the meeting unless we can get him a message, he is currently in alleria undergoing some training from their king .

In his absence I have a letter of authorization giving me the authority of the Archonship until his return. With that authority I will hereby grant access to the first floor of the mages guild tower for the purpose of this meeting. Will that suffice for you Nyrthak?
