I’m looking for the local Manidlor representative of Legacy. Can anyone tell me who it is and where I might be able to find them?

I'm a member of Mandilor and would like to check in with the local House Head. Can anyone tell me who this person is and where I might be able to find them?

Currently it is Vaellar. He normally comes and goes from the Inn. Right now he is looking for one of the Drakes that normally sleeps on the Inn.
