Bombour stands up from behind the bar and says.....
"I have been volunteered to be the towns treasurer. I have accepted this challenge with good grace and much convincing with liquid courage.
So what is my point? I need to start to balance the ledger for the town. I know that several people are owed money from the town fund. Sylas, myself, Captain Black and the town guard to name a few. I plan to start paying off the debts of the town. I will have a few advisors helping to sort out the true claims from the false. If you are owed oney from the town fund, then please step forth and make your claim. I will accept claims both in public and private at the convience of them what are making the claim. "
Bombour takes a drink.
"I have also decided to begin to fortify the structure that I sleep in. I plan to make a back room that will be as sturdy as the old one in Midway. I will be soliciting money from everyone in town who needs a safe place to put their valuables. If any wish to donate toward the cost of the room they may, and then they will be able to place items there without charge."
Bombour takes a drink and sits down.
