While taking down notes in his journal, Daniel looks around. "Sylas, I heard you were building a Jakoric house here in Legacy, how does one go about getting permissions and such to build? Do you simply get a writ or what? I don't recall any new Thane being placed over this area, so I guess I’m not really sure whom to ask. Anyway, I was just thinking a library or little home would be nice to put up. I wonder if you can simply lay adverse possession rights? Hmm, just thoughts, are you in charge of that as constable?"
