I'm lookin to hire some of them green adventurer types.

I hired people to bring me a goat that was white, long lived, and was hopefully virginal. Yeah, I know that last one's rare round these parts. One group went out and brought me back a stellar example of the cloven hooved breed, top drawer, the first draw of the tap, ya get the picture. A second group brought me a got a goat that was, um, white. I'm lookin for someone to take this goat and swap it for one that comes closer to my original requirements as two goats are always better than one. Payin one wald at least for the requirements above, more money based on how close it is ya get to my goatish ideal. If it ain't long lived and a solid color, ya get nuttin, get it?

The Red and Black would love to get you another goat maddam, after the first goat venture we made really good friends with some goat farmes. so we could hopefully get another long lived goat...... but finding another virgin might be fairly difficult but we will try our best to please.

And what pray tell would you need an old white virginal goat for?

Well, the 'White Goat' is a euphamism for human sacrifice. But a 'Virginal White Goat' is normally just sought by lonely farmers.

An 'Old Virginal White Goat' is probably a very ugly goat, and so might be used to scare things away.

An ageless white goat, makes one wonder just how long it would stay ageless or white.

*cocks his head sidelong*

One would hope that Ebek is indeed wrong in his sacrifice assesment.

*straightens his head and eyes Jenna waiting for her response*

Heh heh.
Going by that, you might think someone was trying to sacrifice an Elven virgin.

Heh heh.
But that kind of thinking could get you killed.

Heh heh.
I'm leaving now.

Hm, let me see,

*walks off into his room
comes back with a book titled: beings unaffected by time and flips through a few pages...

*mutters,

Well from what I can gather, an ageless white Goat would remain that way until the day it died, be it untimely or of old age. IE they would never look old nor suffer any of the trade marked by time, such as changing color of hair...

hmm should occure naturally every so many. A simple divining should pick them out.

Is a what? Nah, won't be sacrificed, if it were to be killed I could do that myself for scads cheaper. An' no, it won't be defiled either. It'll have a right nice life, good on ya. I need a long lived one though, it's to be a present for someone an' it's not sporting to get less than the very best for a present.

Excellent! If a goat that meets your requirements should tell me that he wishes to be a gift I will guide him to you.

Kal would you like to join me, I'm going to visit Dharma and then off to see N'Hall?

Only if the goat *wants* to go? Huh! I didn't know that woodies were into watching over livestock transactions too. Big job that. <pulls hat firmly onto head> Well, I'm off to warn the citizens of Blackwell to watch out for a wood elf that may have a different idea of the ownership of domesticated animals and come to liberate their sheep.

HAHA! No Jenna I mean if I come across a wild goat that meets your requirements, I have no intention of "liberating" anyones goat. I may not agree with keeping livestock, but I am not going to go around stealing others property. I don't have to agree with the laws of this land to abide by them, after all I joined the human mage watchers organization because I was told do so or be breaking the law and subject to removal from the cycle.

Kal, shall we? I do so enjoy Dharmas maple cakes.
