what he did was wrong but i am shure that you take any member in this town place them in that same situation, takeing in account that the time he had no means of deffending him self aginst the necromancer, i belive that they would make the same deal, and if my memory serves me right they are still some members in this town who have delt with knowen necromancer and have not suffered the same fate as my late friend has. i ask this simple question. where is the justice for the ones that are still free?

As Nyrhtak said, you show me a man with a blade to this neck, being told do something or die, and I am sure that they would be released.
However, you show me a man that says, "hey you don't need that blade, I'd be happy to help you out in any way I can, in exchange for some power that I can use to get a little pay back..."

There is a difference here, and quite frankly I am suprissed that so many cannot see it.
