"I'm throwing a drinking contest.
Prize:
Winner to get a huge "Dwarf-size" drinking glass, to be filled with the winners choice. After they sober up.
Winner also gets bragging rights as the biggest drinker in the town.

Rules:
1.Whoever has the most to drink. OOG: Best roleplaying wins.
2. No Dwarves are allowed to participate. We'd win. No fun for anyone else. Or Caldonians. We get to be Judges.
3. Anyone who dies as a result is disqualified.
4. In order to qualify, each participant needs to have a toast, song, limerick, of joke for each new round of drinking.
5. Bribing the judges with women and drink is allowed.
6. Other rules to be determined by popular vote. Or by decree of the Thane. Or by what the crowd deems to be the most embarassing thing we can think of.
7. Time: all day saturday, from 10 am opening to 2:30 closing.

Hmmmm, in the interest of town safety, I would recomend that the mages not participate. I wont be for a fuggin drunk as I'd get I might accidentally cast instead of toast, and par-boiled inn isn't good. And also, the warriors in town can still fight while drunk, they merely stumble and swing poorly, we would have problems casting, so, in closing, to all magi, if you do feel like joining in, no casting till sober.

I'm with ya Nyrthak! though i don't expect to win i'll still drink till i can drink no longer. And Dietrich i don't know what you're talking about, i can cast just fine when i'm drunk, things don't always come out just how i hoped but that happens while i'm sober too.

Well, if you were feeling generous Bombour, you could just supply the drinks. Or, on a more fair note, for everyone entering the contest charge a small but fair fee to cover the cost of drinks and just ask for donations from the audience also, I mean, the drunks stumbling around trying to out-drink each other and remember their next toast will be hella entertaining. So in essence, charge admision.
